CrossFit Group Classes
Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.
Sweat is a Cardio focused class that has no heavy lifting and is more focused on simple movements done with body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls etc.. There are no barbells in this class because strength is not the focus. We are looking for a quick and simple sweat done in a 45 minute class format where the coach will lead everyone through a warm up, explain the workout, and show everyone how to perform or modify movements within the daily programming.
